Netflix black screen

Hello. 

I've tried clicking on the Netflix app but it's just a black screen? I've also tried refreshing my apps but not sure if it's refreshing properly? Help please.

Have tried a Settings Restart?

 

The app refresh takes hours it is not instant😉

Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device

I'm getting this now after the last update. Works after a settings restart and using Netflix first, but if I use live TV first then a black screen if I try to open Netflix directly or something via the continue watching rail.

I'm seeing this daily now. Been a problem for weeks.

 

if a restart the stream (I often just unplug it rather than system restart since settings is a long scroll down) then it seems to work first try. But going back to Netflix a second time and it's a back screen again.

 

Reset apps seems to fix it temporarily as well.  It's getting very annoying, to the point that I've just reverted to the smart tv app for Netflix.
