Picture issues

The picture on my sky puck keeps pixelating despite being wired to the router. Have tried all the fixes recommended but still the same issue. What can I do to fix this?

@Neil4848 first thing to do is check the speeds your puck is receiving via the Netflix app.

 

Next go to settings on the puck menu, system management and then resets and updates, finally restart device. 

 

Hopefully this will help resolve your issue.
