Picture glitching on some apps

We can be watching things on apps such as Disney+, Prime Video  and YouTube and the picture is glitchy or sometimes freezes. It only seems to happen on apps but not when we are streaming live tv. If the picture glitches I switch to my PS5 to watch and there is no issue at all. Any idea what could be causing this?

There is a picture judder option for apps in the puck settings.

Try turning that on.
