Picture cracking issue

Past few weeks constantly the picture is cracking when using both pucks. It's happening on certain international channels which means an issue with broadcasters. I did all the necessary checks no issues with broadband. Rang sky they weren't aware and told me to wait for issue to be rectified. I asked if sky would be raising the issue with the broadcasting channels they said no and that they would be aware and would rectify. I asked how as they were not aware of issue they should raise the complaint and only then will the broadcasting channels look into the issue and rectify. Quality is rubbish and embarrassing as I am paying extra for this service and receiving a very poor quality service. Not acceptable.

Which channels are you paying extra for?

Hiya it's the Asian channel package so from channels 701 to something like 740 all of which affected and sky won't do anything cos they say it's not their fault but broadcasters,  it they won't raise the issue.

That's an interesting one: generally speaking it's true that Sky isn't responsible for the channels which don't have their branding, but in this case I think I'd argue that it's a specific bundle which they advertise and charge more for, which does create some additional level of legitimate customer expectation.
