We noticed the last 48 we've started to experience issues with picture breaking up and it's slow getting worse. when we switch to other digital media sources Smart TV, Apple
TV or game consoles we do not have the same issue.
At time now it is almost impossible to watch programming including in particular UHD movies.

what speeds are you getting on your device ? You can find this by opening the Netflix app on stream and navigating to get help then running the network check
you will need at least 35mbs to run uhd content without issue in the average household
I'm assuming you have tried pulling the plug for a few minutes also

Download speed is 1074 Mbps
upload 110 Mbps
we have tried unplugging, waiting and plugging back in, picture returns, but within 30-40mins starts to break up again.
