Aaaannnnndddd it's back
Had an evening or peace after switching the puck to ethernet. Fine this morning - and in the last few hours I have a had 4 black screens after image breakup.

Having a brief look around I think this is likely one of the discussions with the higest number of posts (next to the audio sync issue, which is also ongoing and ridiculous in this day and age) The annoying thing is that this discussion is marked 'Answered' (in October) but clearly this is an ongoing issue.
Can we please have some feedback from a Sky employee on the actual status and whether this hads been escalated in any way?
SInce 17:00 this afternoon I think we have been kicked to a black screen no fewer than 8 or 9 times, on various channels, Channel 4, ITV1, HGTV, BBC and Discovery.

I suspect your're right, interestingly enough, Sky is my ISP - so theres that 🙂

Thank you for bringing this issue to the Community's attention.
I've moved your posts out from the other thread as the issue that you are experiencing is different to the other thread. The problem experienced in the other thread was where lots of people had issues across the Sky branded channels and ITV. We've broken these out to their own threads, so it's easier for everyone to understand what's happening.
