@squareeyeschris Yeah , if you're not bothered about the time lag with sports which is alot then it's all good but when sky UHD sports channels were pixelating , it was the same on now TV . It was a broadcast issue on Sky's end for streaming customers because even virgin stream customers were the same . Sky sports main event UHD and sky sports F1 UHD are fixed now for me though for pixelation . I just got this weird Dolby Atmos content audio dropout issue now on sky stream, it's like one thing after the other. It is terrible sky stream. I'll move over to EETV once they have sky sports on 4k for now TV on multicast as it would be around 8 secs behind satellite. Now TV on the app is around 90 secs but on multicast with EE even on their hd is fantastic

I'm new to Sky Stream and we are not very happy with the system or the service. My Sky Stream keeps Pixalating and freezing usually round about 6pm when I'm wanting to watch the BBC news. Changing channels to BBC2 or ITV does not change anything. I've also noticed that the picture does the same when I finish watching a programme from my playlist and go straight over to a live programme. How can this be rectified?

@squareeyeschris I've had no issues with now via Samsung, LG, Roku or fire stick 🤞🏻unlike sky stream

@DuckieBoos @Pleased for you. How come you are still spending time on this message board ?

@Marcos+Gilsonis there a law to say I can't? Just because I ditched sky stream because of the technical problems and the poor customer service I received from Sky after I reported it doesn't mean I'm no longer interested in seeing if it's been fixed for fellow users such as @squareeyeschris and offering support to those still encountering the issues.

@Marcos+Gilson Do you have anything to add to this discussion?

Not at this time, but if I did it would have more validity as I am paying sky stream subscriber. Have a good weekend

do you see the pixelating problem?

I posted on this board a while ago about pixellation and green screen issues on Sky Comedy channel and BBC4 and got advice from expert contributers about doing a Sky stream reset from my TV. I did this and this looks to have resolved the problem at least for the time being. It might be useful to do regular resets every 4-5 weeks to clear any glitches and download issues. Hope this works for people.

there are many examples of the problem already reported over the last few months on this thread, complete with time, programme and Channel, much of which can be replicated by viewing the on demand versions. Is it really necessary for us to continue providing this information? I think people are probably getting pretty tired of having to continue doing so with apparently no result. How much data do you require? And yes, there do seem to be one or two posters here just to take a pop at people.

Agree completely @squareeyeschris
I think we are bored now in complaining and lack of responsibility

Seen my first glitch of the weekend on Main Event UHD just now. Not as egregious as the normal ones but noticeable all the same

@FaviousM Been spot on for me , watching the same game . I have had audio dropouts too on Dolby Atmos , there's another thread with people suffering with it. I've changed to hdmi certified 2.1 cables for my soundbar to TV , puck to TV and no audio dropouts, I've turned WiFi off , connected ethernet cable and moved puck far away as possible from other WiFi devices , seems to have sorted most issues for me. Hope that helps , if anyone wants to give it a try

I stopped using Atmos because of the dropouts and audio sync and just use PCM now. I think the audio dropouts were there well before the pixelation started
Out of like 10/12 hours of Main Event and F1 UHD last weekend I only saw one instance of pixelation so it's much better, don't think it's 100% resolved though
