@MohsinAwan I know, it's hugely inconvenient and frustrating.

I have been moaning about this for what seems months now on twitter, my download is over 200mb on wifi faster on ethernet and SKY are blaming my broadband, yet if i connect same apps, Apple, Disney Iplayer through amazon firestick everything is perfect
Looks like it iwll be a goodbye from me..... im not spending £50 amonth to have this continual disruption

ITV News and BBC news both broke up and completely blacked out about 10.05 pm tonight. Some programmes almost unwatchable. Not a broadband issue as getting 313 mb/s.

Having a brief look around I think this is likely one of the discussions with the higest number of posts (next to the audio sync issue, which is also ongoing and ridiculous in this day and age) The annoying thing is that this discussion is marked 'Answered' (in October) but clearly this is an ongoing issue.
Can we please have some feedback from a Sky employee on the actual status and whether this hads been escalated in any way?
SInce 17:00 this afternoon I think we have been kicked to a black screen no fewer than 8 or 9 times, on various channels, Channel 4, ITV1, HGTV, BBC and Discovery.

Agree completely, but do doubt they might say it's all to do with the ISP and our networks @Bluegiraffe
