Sometimes no sound ,other times won't play from playlist ,sometimes picture flashing. All are resolved by switching off st the mains and switching ,but when you have done this at least a few times in a viewing session, it becomes tedious and beyond the joke. How do get a replacement? Is there a customer service no ?
