Returning a puck

I have cancelled my streaming service and need to send my puck back by tomorrow. I haven't been sent a return label or any instructions yet.

All the returns information is here along with using your own packaging and printing off your own label

Follow the instructions as posted on that link but crucially, make sure you keep your proof of postage and make a note of the tracking number on the label

Sky's hardware returns procedure is dreadful and has been for years. Unipart, the company who deal with it, have such a vast amount of hardware going in and out constantly that they simply do not scan and check things quickly enough. This more often than not triggers the automatic 'you have not returned your hardware, we're going to charge you' type texts and emails from Sky.

If this happens to you then you'll need to ring Sky with your tracking information and proof of postage in order to get the charge removed.
