Persistant try again later message

I use a Sky Puck. I consictantly get a nessage Please try again later or similar. this may hapen on consecutive days, may be a gap of about a month or once a week for seeral weeks. There is no clear pattern. I have moved puck and router around to see if they are giving interferance. I reboot every time but sometimes this is not succesful. this has been a problem for about 9 months. my contract started ast feb so I had about 3 months without a problem

Have you tried fully rebooting your router? It may be that it is using a WiFi channel which is getting some interference so it may be worthwhile changing the channel to a clearer one.

When I re-boot I re-boot everything. I am disabled and this is very tiring
