Connecting a sound bar
I have connected my New panasonic tv to the sky streaming puck using the HDMI slot
I have also connected a pansonic sound bar to the tv.
when i use the input to the tv as HDMI one the sound is patchy.
If i use the TV without sky streaming the sound is perfect.
any ideas

Is the soundbar correctly connected to the eARC HDMI socket on the TV? Is the Stream puck connected to another HDMI socket on the TV? What is the audio output setting on the puck? Try setting it to pass through and make sure that pass through is also selected on the HDMI sound settings on the TV.

Then check the audio output setting on the puck. Try all the options and see if any of them work. Is the soundbar Dolby Atmos compatible?

Re: Connecting a sound bar
If you're connecting via eArc and watching UHD/Atmos content, make sure the HDMI cable from your TV to the soundbar is HDMI 2.1 and change the audio output setting on the puck to Digital Dolby Plus...
