Sky engineer here,
I have had the same issue. I chose to sign in with a different account (but used my actual account) and then tried the sign in on my TV option,, not the Web.
Email address and password needed, but once in, everything is working as it should

Sky called me today with an update. They had to wipe my account from their system (basic and premium) and asked me to activate basic again.
I have access to basic now after a month of nothing, but sky have asked me not to upgrade to premium until the wider issue is resolved between paramount and sky.

Im still having this issue, no contact from sky at all, shocking service but they don't seem to care. Its left for me to chass them, they seem to be more concerned about closing off the calls/complaints rather than fixing any issues.
Is there any point in me posting here? Is there any sky representative here that can actually resolve issues?

Well the benefit of you posting is that it lets others know whag is happening and makes it more difficult for Sky advisors to "gaslight" customers into thinking that it is only them. For example, I have had the "your network has been hacked" answer which is designed to imply that it is in some way my fault.

Issue still ongoing for me Paramount have issentially washed their hands of the problem told me to sort the issue out with sky, paramount insist I dont have a subscripton with thwm despite me providing them with a screenshot of my Sky acount with it confirming I already have a premium upgraded account via Sky, paramounts attitude is there is nothing they can do, meanwhile was advised by a Sky customer service repersensitive, to downgrade my Paramount plus on sky to a Standard which would allow me access to paramount plus, which both the Mysky app and the website show a error when I try to and means the downgrade doesnt happen, I have now submitted a complaint to sky because I am essentially fed up of trying to refectify a issue myself, that is not my fault.

I was thinking that one line of attack could be to complain to the Advertising Standards Authority as Sky advertised Paramount + as included but then do not deliver the service.

Well Sky messaged me to say that the issue with Paramount+ had been resolved and they were therefore closing my complaint. I wasn't entirely astonished to discover that this waz a bit of gaslighting as I am still unable to access the service.

The problem here is fairly obvious and it lies in the link between Sky and Paramount. It is easily possible to complete the Paramount+ registration process within the Sky environment but this activation is not recognised when you login to the service using a mobile device. That tells you that it is the Sky to Paramount link is not working.

Well after 2+ months the issue has been solved.
Sky removed Paramount from my Sky subscription (even though it is included with my Sky package) and the invited me to add it back in and go through the Activation process. Unfortunately Activation through the TV/ Sky Stream puck does not work as you simply get the "Uh-Oh" message repeatedly! However, activation via the web site does now work so I am now able to watch Spongebob again...
Shout in (if that is the oppposite of a shout out) to Paramount who were singularly unhelpful.
I am happy that the issue has been solved but it is obvious that there a few technology problsms here with functions in the Sky infrastructure that don't work.
