Paramount channel not working it won't activate without a payment and I have the movie channel I hav

Paramount plus not linked with my sky account so paramount keeps asking for a payment.

 

I have tried everything I can think of I have followed all instructions scanned ever barcode and no matter what I do at the end it asks for a payment?

@John246  Have you followed the steps here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/using-paramount-plushttps://www.sky.com/help/articles/using-paramount-plus  in particular the steps for Glass/Stream?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@John246If you have recently moved from Sky Q or HD then all your Marketplace subscriptions are cancelled so you have to re-register (see the following link) : https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-marketplace-upgrade

 

You should be able to register (or re-register) as follows:

Go to the bottom of the home page and select the following in this order: MySky / your products / (enter your PIN) / App Subscriptions 

 

Select App subscriptions / Current / and then Paramount + Monthly.  Hopefully it will say £0 per month as you have Sky Cinema.  If so select Activate subscription.

Paramount+ will soon be streaming in 4K/HDR, any news from Sky if we'll have an option at subbing to the Premium service?

As it's just recently been announced I'd imagine it's a bit too soon for Sky to have held talks with Paramount over changing the tiers through the Sky marketplace and also which tier would be provided as part of the Sky Cinema package.

 

i'm sure before the new tiers are rolled out Sky would have some answers.
