Have recently signed up to sky stream but having issues activating the free paramount and discovery subsriptions, i just get an error message stating something went wrong and to try again later then a ref code referring to mysky... i get this on both apps and also when trying to access it through my sky/ sky shop. I have tried hard resets, app refreshes and have spoken with sky (still waiting on the call back with a solution, doubt it will ever come). I noticed a few other people have had the same issues, was wondering if there was a solution offered? I am near the end of my cooling off period and will defo be cancelling and sticking with virgin if i cant get this solved. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Look out for a message from Sky on your email and Sky Community private messages.
Look out for the blue chat bubble within your Sky community.
