Paramount and HayU error
Hi there, looking for some help.
Tried to continue watching Below Deck on HayU and received a playback error message. Refreshed apps and tried again HayU opens but just shows the side bar and a blank screen, I can't navigate up or down the side bar.
decided to continue watching Dexter on Paramount instead, receiving "error 3304" message on screen. Again refreshed apps, turned router off, disconnected power from router and restarted.
same issue for all paramount shows, the licensing 3304 error.
HayU also still not working. Disney and Netflix are still working.
any help appreciated

Just to add I've just tried to get on discovery plus and can navigate to "need help activating?" And "get discovery+" but when selecting "sign in" on the tv nothing happens.

A couple of things to try. Firstly can you still access your accounts via a web browser? At least that will confirm if the accounts are functioning.
My second thought (as you've already tried refreshing the apps) is to reboot the Q box itself. It's amazing how often just turning it on and off actually works!

Apologies I should have said it's the sky stream puck I have, not Q.
yes tried turning the puck off and on again and unplugging. Very strange. All accounts accesible on other devices, ended up acceding paramount on the Xbox last night
