We are fellow subscribers. Paramount is also a 3rd party app. You can email skys viewer relations team who can investigate on viewerR@sky.uk. or you can reachout to Paramount.

Do you have a full Sky Cinema subscription or a free trial?

 

Did you go through the sign-up process for the app?

 

Have you been able to watch other content on Paramount+?

 

Are you trying to watch on a Stream puck or another device?

 

I guess the NI postcode might be a clue if geolocation is an issue: 'not available in your area' is an unusual error message in this context.
