Paramount Plus Login error

I can't login in to the Paramount Plus App on my Sky Puck or Glass TV. I keep getting this error messag: 

Uh-Oh

Uh-oh. An error has occurred, but we're working on fixing it. We'll be up and running again shortly!

 

I have have refreshed the apps, restarted my puck and Glass TV and still no luck.

Hi Jason, your would be really appreciated thank you. Just chatted with someone at SKY and they said it is to do with the Payment but there is no problem with the current payment card I am using on my account. It won't let me update my payment details either, it just says: Sorry, something has gone wrong. Thanks Karl
