Paramount Plus Dolby Vision Content Only Playing In HDR

Every time I try to watch something labelled as being in Dolby Vision on Paramount Plus, it only plays in HDR. Is this the same for anyone else?

There might be a bug somewhere that prevents Stream playing the Dolby Vision version @Skull+Treaty

I'm subscribed directly, currently there is no upgrade path to premium @Nigelb1972
