PUCK is connected to the internet OK but just says please wait on TV

Hi @Pickle1-
Power it off at the mains > reboot your router >wait for it to reconnect > power puck back on.
If this continues to happen you will need to post more information such as your ISP, broadband speed and the speed your puck is getting (by running a netflix speed test (netflix > profile pic > get help? > Connectivity check)).
