Recently purchased Sky Stream, activated today, but our PIN isn't working. It is not accepting the last 4 digits of my mobile number and the Voice feature, which the website advises we use to reset, just says "That didnt't work please try again".

On your Sky remote, select Home > scroll down and select My Sky > Manage your PIN > Forgot your PIN?.

Failing this you will need to give Sky a call as we are fellow subscribers here on the forum.
