Ordered wrong

When I ordered my new sky I thought it was for sky Q, but when it come it was sky steam. Could I change it please to sky Q. Kind regards Julie

@JulieB1983 Afraid you are not contacting Sky's customer services on here, this is a customer to customer forum where customers help each other.
