We are fellow subscribers here on the forum. You will need to call Sky to order a replacement under warranty or try this online form: https://www.sky.com/help/forms/streaming-tv-remote.
If you have lost or damaged your remote you can order a replacement on Amazon as per the Sky information here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/damaged-or-lost-sky-glass-remote
