Sky Stream is a self-setup product. There is no engineer support.

You need to make sure you can provide a fast and stable enough broadband network in order for the product to function. If you can't then it's pointless having it. Do you have any tech-savvy friends or relatives who can come and perhaps assist?

Openreach have nothing to do with Sky's streaming TV service. They will only attend for broadband issues. They aren't responsible for devices or services connected to the broadband.
