Is your puck out in the open and not enclosed in a cabinet or hidden behind the TV? They are quite sensitive to poor WiFi signals so you need to make sure it has the best chance of getting a decent signal.
Can other devices like a mobile phone detect WiFi in the region of where your puck is?
