One Puck not working

My Sky Puck ending FDN has had a problem for a week now, I tried reporting on the app but it kept on giving me an error message.

Whilst watching tv shows or using the apps like Netflix and Disney + the screen keeps on cutting out and going blank for a few seconds before coming back on. The day it started we had power cuts in the area so I thought it was to do with that but unfortunately it still has the problem. I have swapped over the puck with another one in our lounge using the same cables and it works perfectly fine so I think the puck must have the issue.

@RobStepin  Have you tried a reboot of your puck by powering it and the router off for a few minutes, turn the router back on first when your WiFi kicks back in turn the puck on
