Offers Moving From Stream To Q?

I've had Stream for a while now but it takes a while before 'start from beginning' comes up on Football and F1, I've also had a couple chances I've hit it and where there usually is an option to go to the start, it then just plays live and doesn't have an option. Also pausing doesn't last long and then the system switches off (I've tried turning auto power off...off) So looking to switch from Stream to Q but have until March for my contract to finish. Anyone done this? Are there workarounds for the problems I'm having? Can you upgrade mid contract?

Offers - are you hoping to pay less for Sky Q than Sky Stream?

You can cancel streaming TV contracts of longer than 12 months which haven't been fully paid for in advance with just 31 days notice, penalty free.

If you do this then you could try a 'come back to Sky' offer to return as a Q customer. I had Sky Q for several years then switched to Stream, but cancelled it after a year. Sky tried to get me to return to Stream with various half price offers but I refused. They then asked if I wanted to revert back to Q and were prepared to offer me a deal on that too but I refused.

There's no hard and fast rule though, there's very little consistency in any of Sky's pricing or offers. Or service for that matter.

Not overly concerned about offers, I came from Virgin to Sky and went straight to Stream but wish I'd gone to Q.

Probably worth giving them a bell, that's going to give me an answer quicker isn't it.

Appreciate the response.

I paid less by going back to Sky Q from Sky Stream even paying less now before I moved to Sky Stream.

So yes it is possible @Exiled-in-HH you don't get if you don't ask🤣

Did you have to cancel to get that offer ... OR did Sky just give it to you😁
