Nothing coming on the tv

It's saying everything is fine but won't play anything on my tv and keeps kicking us of

Would suggest trying a restart of your Sky Stream box if you have not yet.

Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device

Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete

What TV platform do you have? What's happening when you try to view anything?

everything is on the box N tv just when a click on say itv keeps coming up loading but don't come on internet is working on everything else just not the tv

are you on sky stream, sky glass, sky q, or sky+hd?

Sky stream Netflix and every other app works just fine but no channels will load

Restart your Puck by switching off at the plug for 5 minutes. If you've done that already, tell us what the 'all that' is that you've also tried. No point wasting time suggesting things you've already tried.

I had the same issue over lunch time , network tab on the puck said no connection to SKY, certainly was not my broadband as I am on a gigabit conenction with no down time or blip detected. Sky status page showed nothing, but there was definitly a 5 minute gap where nothing would load on the puck landing page. Since the last SKY update a few weeks ago, all of my pucks have become very unstable, haing to unplug and plug in again at least 3 times a week now.
