Not overly impressed with this at all

I received my puck yesterday and had nothing but problems with it , screen resolution reverting to 575p each time the puck was switched on, it seemed to be conflicting with my sound bar , anyway gave up in the end , I thought I'd have a look today 

Went to switch it on and it flashed 'SKY' up a couple of times and wouldn't boot, I powered it down, left it and tried a few more times and had to resort to resetting it to get it booted up . I've unplugged the sound bar and all I have is the puck plugged into the TV and I've started from scratch again, one thing I couldn't sort out yesterday and can't today either is linking the remote to my TCL TV, it won't link, I've tried searching for it and I've tried other brands like JVC to no avail .

Anyone any ideas how to pair my TV ?

A bit of an update , I've managed to find a TCL model that's letting me change the volume, I can turn the puck and TV on simultaneously but I can't turn the TV on with the puck remote , needing the TV remote to do this , not the end of the world just very annoying.

The sound bar issue is looking like being totally unrelated to the puck

Are you using a long press to turn on the TV? Short press turns on the Puck. A long press turns on/off  your TV if the remote has the correct pairing,

Hi, yes I've tried long, short and double pressed, all sorts to no avail .
