Update? EE didn't contact me regarding the upgrade to my Internet, so I phoned them, they sent a 4g hub to try ,long story short I've arranged to return it, 10 mbps at best! I truly believe that my Internet is not the problem it meets sky's requirements. 

Sky puck has a lot of bad press on many issues, I just want a reliable product for my money.
