Not able to watch any channels

 this is the message I get on all channels and then it says technical issue and reverts to showing what is on

Same here, can't run Netflix, ITVX or any live channels. Glass 55.

As a matter of interest who is your ISP, I'm with BT and my fttp internet is working fine. Can get iPlayer but nothing else.

Have you tried turning the puck off at the plug for a couple of minutes?

All good now after pulling the plug for 3 minutes 👍

ended up with a factory reset - Sky Helpdesk tried everytihng.
