Non delivery

I ordered a puck last week and ordered was confirmed but still no idea of when it will get delivered. I know its been christmas period but they're usually quick. Anyone else waiting on orders

Because of the bank holidays, it may be delayed a few days.

 

You can check the progress of your order within your MySky and will receive a text and email from DPD or Royal mail once it is on its way.

 

If you have not heard anything tomorrow morning, would suggest using the chat or help options under 'No, I still need help', in the delivery help page link below

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
