Non delivery of

Good morning, 

 

I have still not received delivery of my sky stream device it was meant to be here at the latest Monday. 
Can you confirm where it is?

@LouiseAndrews  No one on the forum can tell you where it is as we are customers like you, have you checked your order tracking page in the mysky app or by logging in to your sky account?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Have you checked your MySky account to track the delivery?

You should have got a dpd delivery tracking email shortly after ordering where you can follow the delivery of your package.

Your MySky account will show this information also, under track orders along with other information under the messages section.
