Sky Stream, speech cutting out after 30 minutes

• Installed stream on Monday, after watching ITV for about 30 minutes the speech starts to cut out, about one word every sentence. Realised today that if I change channels then go back to ITV it is alright for another 30 ish minutes before it starts again. Have tried disconnecting everything etc but nothing changes.
