Recently moved house. Had the wifi connection installed by open reach. We have sky broadband and sky stream. All other devices are connecting to the WiFi apart from the sky stream puck.

@Michaela1004 the method of connecting a Sky Stream puck to a Sky hub is to go into the Network settings and follow the link to connect to a Sky hub which puts the puck into WPS search mode then press and hold the WPS button on the hub., which maybe on the side, until the led starts fllashing. After a short while they should connect.

If the two units dont connect they maybe too far apart so you may need a booster.
