No volume on Sky puck after setup
I am a brand new Sky customer so please excuse my ignorance as totally alien to me.
I have paired my puck but can't get any volume. I never got to the stage where it asked me to select my TV model, only the screen that was something like 1 of 49 (or similar) volume settings. I unadvertently said okay when I had no volume on option 3 but consequently have no volume.

Re: No volume on Sky puck after setup
I thought I sent an acknowledgement to the user who replied to my post but I can't see it?
Anyway, I followed the steps suggested without success. I contacted Sky who agreed to send me a new puck and remote.
Unfortunately, this has made no difference. The only extra step I got to this time was I was able to enter my TV model info of Panasonic 50JX800 but it didn't recognise this model despite it being a Smart TV and no more than 2/3 years old.
Of course, it could be this TV isn't supported but this seems strange considering its age.

Re: No volume on Sky puck after setup
I have now resolved the issue!
On Saturday on my TV I went into Network/TV remote apps settings/home streaming and changed it from 'only when powered on' to 'Always'.
This meant I could now adjust the volume using my TV but not the Sky remote.
However, on Sunday I realised my Panasonic TV model number of 50JX800 was too generic. When I entered the full model info of TX-50JX870B using my sky remote a match was found and, hey presto, after selecting a programme to watch I had volume using the Sky remote.
Success at last. I guess the lesson learned here is do a bit more digging around the model of your TV first and its settings as, ultimately, this was the problem, not the Sky remote
