No support available for issues after 8:30pm????

Why does Sky not have any support available after 8:30pm for service issues? All the autmoated stuff keeps saying that there is no problem but I have no tv shows loading on my sky puck, only apps like netflix are working. Been through all the automated suggestions and nothing has got it wokring.

Also, the signal is poor intermittently from the router with the picture pausing, pixellating and going blank screen. I am really beginning to regret moving over from Virgin to Sky. I never had any of these problems with them.

@Ian0905  Your post has been moved from the Sky+ board as you don't have Sky + you have Sky Stream. 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
