Sky stream puck, various channels being interrupted by a baby cartoon show
Both BBC1 and Ch5 have been affected by
this issue where about 2 mins after starting the puck on a live channel view the video is interrupted by a baby cartoon show, while the original audio continues for 30secs then mutes, moving the channel on then back solves the issue, this is the first time I've seen this.

@Bill+Peden Either go into the settings menu and restart the puck or power off, unplug and plug back in, this normally clears such anomalies.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
