No sound on stream

I've had sky stream now for two weeks and within two minutes the sounds completely gone. I have to turn off the stream box and back on again to get it back. I've litterly not watched one programme straight through yet.

@Warren31  Have you considered amending the sound option within the puck settings menu?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Yes I've done all the amendments and tried every option still the same. Switched it on and off 8 times with 20 minutes last night

@Warren31  Have you also tried the sound settings on the TV?

Yes but TV works fine t normally channels just the sky channels

Sounds like you have a faulty puck. I would call Sky and get it replaced @Warren31
