No sky tv

The tv displays no wi fi connection. Every check has been made to the router and that is all connected.  The light on the plug connected to tv , the middle green light is not working. I have done all the checks from the Ap and it says my internet should be connected.  I have trouble every day when I turn on tv getting Sky Tv . Please help as I am  unwelll at the moment and the tv is important to me. Thankyou

Which Sky box do you have? Sky+? Sky Q?  Sky Stream?

I think sky stream I don't pay for anything fancy. It's a small box with a light at the bottom in the centre.

Try turning both your Sky Stream Puck and your broadband router off at the plug for a minute. Switch your router back on and wait a couple of minutes before turning your Puck back on. Then see if it connects.
