New Sky Stream

I've just transferred over to Sky Stream, just waiting on puck, that I had to pay a set up fee for.  Looking at my package I'm still signed up to Sky Signature and HD.  When searching it said that I didn't need Signature or HD, is that right? Would i have been better keeping the Ultimate TV that they cancelled.

When you move from Sky Q to Sky Stream, no packs  get carried over from Sky Q.

You start afresh with the Sky Stream/Glass Ultimate TV base pack, that also comes bundled with Netflix with ads for free.

Streaming TV billing starts when you activate your Sky Stream puck and any subscriptions are charged a month in advance.

*One to watch out for: If you don’t activate your Sky Stream puck within 21 days of delivery, your subscription and billing will start automatically.

Switching from Sky+ or Sky Q? We’ll bill you for your existing Sky TV subscription until your Sky Stream puck is activated. Any overpayments will be refunded or credited to your account automatically within 45 days.
