No sky programmes available on puck internet is fine

I have no programmes guide available and all sky products say there are currently no programmes of this type available yet netflix disney etc all work so internet is fine

Hi @Daz88 

 

Power off at the mains for a few minutes and try again. Keep an eye on the community as if there is a sky issue you will see a large amount of posts come in, however working for me.

 

Edit: there is an issue where specific channels are showing technical fault. Sky aware.
