No sky channels

On tv screen when I switch to sky the message says check device power. I have tried switching everything off and nothing has worked

@STW1968  That doesn't sound like a Sky Stream puck message but a message from your TV, have you checked the correct HDMI input has been selected.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@STW1968 it's definitely a tv error message as @GD1 posted. Your tv manual should explain. Something to do with HDMI-CEC perhaps.

I can watch all others channels ie BBCi player and channel 4+ it's just connecting to sky that's the issue.

As above, that message 'check device power' is normally from a Samsung TV.

It is not generated from the Sky Stream puck..

 

You  will need as above, to check the hdmi cable is connected firmly, check the hdmi port and CEC settings in the TV settings.
