No Tv says Please wait for your programme to load. This is a new sky stream box. Now saying a technical fault please try later. Netflix loaded ok seems only tv channels

Try a system restart or pulling the plug for a few minutes that normally clears that glitch

Would suggest trying a restart of your Sky Stream box, it tends to sort most problems.

Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete
