@Lindalou5 A no signal message on your TV is telling you that the input you have selected has no source, you'll need to use the TV's remote to cycle through all the inputs to be able to view the output from the puck.
Rebooting the puck won't actually resolve a TV issue.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
