Have you tried a reboot? Turn the puck off at the wall for a minute then power it back on.

Open the Netflix app, navigate to the get help menu and run a network check. What broadband speed is reaching the puck?

@Paula19761 how did you reboot your puck? Is this only live channels that are affected, on-demand content or both?

@Paula19761  I'm not sure why you created 2 threads for the same issue, your duplicate thread has been removed and replies added to this original thread.

 

Creating duplicate threads simply causes duplicate replies on the board.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
