No order showing

Hi, i placed an order for a sky stream puck (we already have 3), the money has been taken but i havent recieved any confirmation. No email, text etc. It doesnt show in my orders etc. I ordered it over 24 hours ago so id have expected at least an email. Is this normal? Thank you.

I would expect it to be showing in your orders and I would expect you receive an order confirmation. You will need to call Sky. We are fellow subscribers here on the forum.
