We can't get internet to our tv, although the service checker states everything is fine!
I've switched off the puck at the wall, switched off the router, held the WPS button in for 30seconds (as instructed by a Sky engineer online two days ago - which sorted it for a short time) and frankly I'm at a loss what else to do. When I switch on Sky it's now saying 'Let's get connected ' but I can't get it connected. Other devices work fine and there was a message earlier that stated the broadband was fine, but not getting to the tv. Can anyone help, please?

You should have an aerial app now on the sky stream box to tide you over with freeview channels, whilst you await your WiFi getting connected. If you have a Coaxil aerial connection

Thanks for your response. Sorry, I'm now more confused! How do you mean 'while I wait for my wifi to be connected'?
I got sky broadband and tv installed at the beginning of Nov and the tv has always given us trouble. Now it won't connect at all to the wifi and the message when I switch on Sky tv is 'Let's get connected' but i don't know how to do that! So we are paying for Sky stream but can't watch anything on it.

Have you connected your Smart TV to the internet?
Have you Reset your Sky Puck?
Is your router close enough to your your puck to connect them using an Ethernet cable?
