No coloured lights on sky puck

Only has one white light at the bottom on the device and no lights on the front

That's the normal "ready" light, what is showing on your TV screen?

Is there supposed to be 2 lights one ? One at the bottom (underneath ) and one on the side at the front of the box ? We only have the underneath power light on
