No channels work

I have the Sky Puck but everyday I have to unplug the device around 5-10 times. I can not watch anything. BBC/itv/sports nothing works. I have done all my WiFi checks and download speed checks, I have even had sky do this for me and they say it's completely fine. Not too sure what to do....

Check for WiFi interefrence, free analysers are available.

 

Connect via ethernet cable and disble WiFi on the puck.

Can you do a network speed test on each of your Pucks.
Launch Netflix on your pucks (you do not need to be logged into it, if you do not use netflix) and scroll down the left menu to Get help.

Choose Check Network.
Would suggest running the test a handful of times , say over an hour period between tests.
